James Clawson

James graduated from the Human-Centered Computing Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2012 and joined the ECL in 2013 as a postdoctoral researcher, bringing his expertise in mobileHCI to bear on health-focused problems. James is currently working to develop the Navigating Cancer project, a mobile health intervention in a rural setting, investigating the abandonment of wearable health tracking devices, and working to identify better ways of unobtrusively collecting clinically meaningful data from patients.
